Mr. Giuseppe Amitrano

Giuseppe Amitrano holds the position of Founder CEO at Dils. He is responsible for business management and development, and his main task involves coordinating relationships with the main investors, corporates and partners, for the entire group. As part of his role, Giuseppe supports the Office, Logistics, Retail, Living and Hospitality sector teams in the origination, structuring and closing of investment and leasing deals in all asset classes. In recent years he has personally closed transactions worth more than €10 billion, providing real estate consultancy to clients - both domestic and international - and actively participating in closure of the main transactions on the Italian marketplace. Giuseppe, currently 44 years old, holds a degree in Business Economics at the Bocconi University in Milan and has gained consolidated work experience both in Italy and abroad. He is widely acknowledged as one of the most authoritative professionals in the real estate sector in Italy and has been included in Forbes Italy's list of "100 Top Entrepreneurs and Successful Managers" for the years 2020 and 2022. Dils was established in 2021 from the rebranding of Redilco and Sigest and officially started its internationalization project in 2023 with the acquisition of Van Gool Elburg, a real estate services company with over 45 years of experience in the Netherlands. Through this path of constant growth, the company has established itself as a leading player in Italy, with a team of over 200 professionals in the Milan, Rome and Amsterdam offices. Currently, Giuseppe is one of the Vice Presidents of the Board of Directors of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare, serving his second consecutive term.
