Mr. Emmanuel Verhoosel

Emmanuel Verhoosel is the CEO of the data analytics company Square Sense. Square Sense is a technology company based in Paris and active in more than 16 countries. The company collects all usage data from buildings, analyzes them, and makes recommendations to improve financial and energy performance. Emmanuel is also the Managing Partner of the venture capital firm Fluxus Ventures and a member of various boards of directors. Emmanuel is passionate about the digitalization of the real estate sector, ecological transition, and new lifestyles and work patterns. Emmanuel has 30 years of experience in real estate, venture capital, and investment banking. At JPMorgan, Natixis, and ING, he advised and financed major players in real estate in London, Paris, and New York. Emmanuel is a graduate of the London School of Economics and the London Business School.
