Join us for a session, as we dive into how to unlock industry action to drive the just and inclusive transition in housing. ULI in collaboration with BLOXHUB and Laudes Foundation has been gathering intel from the real estate industry on how to create an agency for action. We wish to share those insights, include yours and get your input on prioritizing opportunities and barriers as you see them.
This will contribute to a joint whitepaper highlighting key principles to act and tangible cases to be inspired from. In this session, you have a chance to gain insights and inspiration as we explore two tangible cases focused on affordability in commercial project development and innovative opportunities for structuring your value creation and product offering.
