Andrew is Global Head of Real Estate Research & Strategy at Zurich Insurance, having joined the firm in February 2023. Based in Zurich, he is responsible for shaping the firm’s strategic real estate outlook. He works closely with portfolio managers and investor partners in developing and implementing comprehensive, integrated global investment strategies. He sits on the Investment Committee and is a member of the Leadership Team. Andrew has more than 20 years of experience in real asset research & strategy. Prior to his current role, he was Head of European Research at CBRE Investment Management having worked in London, Paris, and Los Angeles. He has also held positions in land use planning and environmental consulting in the U.S and Germany. He holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Agriculture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, co-chairing the European Office and Mixed Use Council. Andrew is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Britain, fluent in German.

The 'Meet the Product Councils' Lunch takes place on the main conference day, Wednesday 12 June at the Allianz MiCo. This is a unique opportunity for you to learn about the work of our sector or topic specific forums - our European Product Councils.

Members of the Product Council will host each table, offering you the chance to ask questions and learn more about how you can engage in future initiatives. Further details regarding the Product Councils can be found here.

Places at the lunch are reserved in advance and closer to the event you will receive a notification to select your preferred table.

  • By reserving your place at the lunch you are not guaranteed your table of choice. The details of the table hosts are sent closer to the event date for selection.
  • Each table can host maximum nine delegates. With such limited capacity, seats fill up quickly and reservations will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
  • Your reservation is only confirmed at the receipt of our confirmation email, and you are kindly asked to present the confirmation email at the door as proof of your reservation.
  • We ask you to please note your discussion table in your order of preference and we will do our utmost to allocate you to one of your top preferences but cannot guarantee this and will need to allocate on availability.
  • We kindly ask due to limited capacity at the lunch should your circumstances change to please let us know by emailing [email protected] so we can offer your place to those on the waiting list.

Seating for lunch is limited, and registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking your conference ticket early increases your chances of securing a spot.
