The 2025 ULI European Leadership Awards will be presented at a gala dinner and ceremony on 17 June 2025, as part of the ULI Europe Annual Conference. The dinner will take place at The Wallace Collection, London - a national museum which is home to one of the most significant collections of fine and decorative arts in the world.
The Awards recognise leaders in the European real estate community whose contributions to real estate – and to civic, social endeavours – exemplify the spirit and mission of ULI.

The 2025 ULI European Leadership Awards will honour three individuals:
- ULI European Leader Award
- ULI European Talent Award
- ULI European Trish Barrigan Award For Diversity, Equity And Inclusion (DEI)
