Conference Reception and Dinner
Your registration includes a ticket to the Conference Reception and Dinner on the evening of Wednesday 18 June. Maximise your networking potential at our conference dinner – the prime opportunity to forge valuable business connections in a relaxed setting. Join industry leaders, innovators, and like-minded professionals over dinner for an evening of strategic conversations and relationship-building.
This year the event will be held at the iconic Tate Modern, which houses the UK's national collection of international modern and contemporary art. Tate Modern celebrates its 25th anniversary in May, and to celebrate this milestone some iconic works of art will return. This include Louise Bourgeois’s renowned giant bronze spider Maman, a monumental sculpture which was the first work to greet visitors when Tate Modern opened in 2000, which will be situated on the Turbine Bridge for the conference drinks reception.
Is there a seating plan for the dinner?
There are no seating allocations at the conference dinner. Sponsor tables can be identified through the company logo on the table. These tables are reserved for specific attendees. For more information, please contact Niamh Murphy or Katie Chaplin.
Will there be transport provided?
There will be coaches to take all delegates from the Royal Lancaster Hotel to the dinner venue, The Tate Modern. Please note there will not be return coaches, as the dinner will take place in the city centre. Delegates will need to organise transport back to your accommodation.
If you would like to travel via the London Underground, the following routes are recommended:
Walk 3 mins > Lancaster Gate > Central Line to Bond Street > Change to Jubilee Line > Jubilee Line to London Bridge > Walk 10 mins
or
Walk 7 Mins > Paddington > Elizabeth Line to Bond Street > Change to Jubilee Line > Jubilee Line to London Bridge > Walk 10 mins
For taxis, the most convenient way to book is an online app such as Uber or Bolt. If you do choose to take a taxi, we encourage sharing with other delegates where possible.
