About C Change for Housing
Launched in 2025, C Change for Housing is a three-year programme dedicated to addressing the urgent, interconnected challenge of providing sufficient affordable housing in a way that supports the net zero transition.
Funded by the Laudes Foundation and led by ULI, the programme unites industry experts spanning the value chain to:
- Identify systemic barriers preventing progress in achieving net-zero, affordable housing.
- Develop practical, scalable solutions to overcome these obstacles, with a focus on investors, developers and managers of real estate.
- Educate and build the capacity of the industry through awareness raising and providing tools and guidance.
- Showcase best practice across the housing sector to drive action.
This initiative builds on the success of C Change, ULI Europe’s flagship decarbonisation programme, which focusses on creating scalable solutions that drive systemic change in the real estate sector.
C Change for Housing provides a unique platform for effective, sector-wide collaboration. Be part of the movement to tackle housing affordability and decarbonisation challenges by registering for this forum at the ULI Europe Conference 2025.
