ULI Europe & RecAp ESG Accelerator have joined forces to unveil the most promising ESG-related innovations. New for this year’s Europe Conference will be our ‘Innovation Village’.
RecAp, the Resilient Cities Accelerator Program, are working with ULI Europe to invite up to 20 startups who will be specially selected to exhibit during the ULI Europe Conference.
These startup businesses will offer innovative solutions to best meet the highest innovation priorities of the wider real estate industry. A ULI Europe and RecAp survey showed that the first driver is to improve time efficiency, then profitability, and thirdly cost efficiency. Other relevant innovation focusses where identified:
