Connected Communities and Sustainability (Grosvenor Estate in Mayfair)

Grosvenor’s 20 year vision is of Mayfair & Belgravia evolving together with an ever-changing London: playing a leading role in its remarkable success story, becoming more active, open and integrated. The area has been revitalised in the past decade, focusing on the creation of a diverse, attractive neighbourhood through investment in residential, commercial and retail spaces, alongside award-winning public spaces.

The ULI Tour, organised in collaboration with Grosvenor, will offer the opportunity to learn about Grosvenor’s 20 Year Vision which is being put in practice through the ‘Living Cities’ approach. The tour will include visiting initiatives and projects that best exemplify the transformation of the area, focusing on connected communities and sustainability. More info>>

Health and Wellbeing (Broadgate and Twentytwo Bishopsgate) – This Site Tour is now FULLY BOOKED.

Join us for an opportunity to learn about cutting edge principles and practices of incorporating health and wellbeing values in to large scale urban regeneration.

Organised in collaboration with British Land, Lipton Rogers and AXA IM Real Assets, this tour will offer the chance to hear about the plans for the redevelopment of Broadgate and its contribution to the health and wellbeing of its users, and experience a behind the scenes tour of this iconic London development. Also, at Twentytwo, participants will learn how occupier’s health and wellbeing have been crucial in the investment and development strategy, and the solutions chosen to make it a healthy and enjoyable workplace. More info>>

Creative and Knowledge-based Placemaking (King’s Cross)This Site Tour is now FULLY BOOKED.

King’s Cross is one of the largest regeneration projects in Europe. The 67-acre site has a rich history and a unique setting. What was once an underused industrial wasteland has been transformed into a mixed-use neighbourhood with homes, shops, offices, galleries, bars, restaurants, schools, and a university.

The ULI Tour, organised in collaboration with Argent, will offer the opportunity to learn about the vision and masterplan for the development and to visit the most recent and innovative projects. More info>>

Fostering Innovation (White City) – This Site Tour is now FULLY BOOKED.

At White City, Stanhope, Imperial College London, Westfield London and Berkeley St James are together implementing a shared vision including up to 5,000 new homes, over 2m sq ft of offices, vibrant new public spaces, an enhanced world-class shopping offer and a hub for academia, innovation and start-ups.

Central to the vision is a focus on creating an innovation district – a hub for creative industries to cluster, connect and collaborate.
