How to Register

The 2023 ULI Europe Conference is a ULI members-only event. You may register to attend in-person or digitally. In-person attendees should reference ULI’s COVID-19 safety information.

Registration for the in-person event includes the digital package. The conference digital package provides access to livestreamed content, recorded sessions, and member-to-member messaging via the event app.

Not a ULI member? – Registration + Associate rate

Attendance to the 2023 ULI Europe Conference is exclusive to ULI members. Take advantage of a full year of ULI Associate membership plus attend the Conference at a hugely discounted rate*. Email europemeetings@uli.org to arrange your membership and reserve your place at the conference.

Cancellations and Refunds

Registration may be switched from in-person to digital until 30 April 2022 and the difference in fees will be refunded to you.

After 30 April 2022, no refunds will be given for the registration transfer from in-person to digital.

Registration may be switched from digital to in-person at anytime until 6 May 2022, at no additional cost other than the difference in fees.

Written cancellation and refund requests received by 10 April 2022 will be awarded a full refund minus a €150 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after 10 April 2022.

Registrations may be transferred to another member of your organisation, a €50 transfer fee will be charged, and the appropriate fee category will apply upon transfer.

Verbal requests for cancellations and refunds will not be accepted; all requests must be made in writing to europemeetings@uli.org. Cancellation of your conference registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

Accommodation

ULI Europe is pleased to offer discounted rates at three preferred hotels. Once your conference registration is confirmed, you will be provided with information on how to reserve your room at these rates.

Avoiding Email Scams

Please be aware of scams where someone emails, calls or faxes, pretending to be an “official ULI lodging coordinator”, or any entity that claims to have the authority to sell ULI’s attendee list. If you have questions about any unauthorised solicitation, please contact: europemeetings@uli.org.
