Ramiro oversees industry and business intelligence at the EMEA level. In his position, he leads the structure, capture, analysis and dissemination of client-related data. He makes sure Cushman & Wakefield’s client base (i.e. investors, developers and tenants) is profoundly understood to deliver the best solutions. Ramiro fosters the best long-term commercial relationship possible. He contributes to the strategy and support of both the EMEA Key Client Programme and the EMEA Sales Management Programme.
Ramiro has in-depth knowledge of commercial and residential property markets, given his ample real estate research experience.
In his former roles, he worked as Head of Research & Insight for Spain and European Economics. Ramiro shared market insights to owners, tenants, fund managers, investors, and top managers in these positions. He writes reports on real estate economy, capital markets and occupant market.
His analytical capabilities include forecasting, client presentations, strategic analysis, contribution to the general and specialized press, and participation in different economic and real estate forums.
Ramiro has a PhD in Economics (Universidad Complutense) with a doctoral dissertation on quantitative real estate economics. He regularly participates in international forums such as the Spanish Association of Economics (AEE), the European Real Estate Society (ERES) and the American Real Estate Society (ARES).
Holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid) and a PhD in Quantitative Economics (Universidad Complutense de Madrid).
