As a member of the senior executive team Mrs. Mette S. Lassesen heads up strategy, business planning, and market development within Ramboll Environment & Health – Ramboll’s largest business unit with 2500 employees around the World. She works with and leads mergers & acquisitions – both in the early phases and throughout the post-merger integration phase. Ms. Lassesen is also in charge of Ramboll’s global division for impact assessment, working with projects and clients around the World. As responsible for the global market organization within Ramboll’s Environmental Business, she oversees the work with Key Clients, Global Sectors and the six global Services Lines of the business. She leads Ramboll Environment & Health’s strategic and market-oriented focus on Sustainability, including the develpment of new service offerings, and strategic partnerships, including with the United Nations Global Compact. Ms. Lassesen is the executive sponsor of a business wide push for diversity and inclusion, and is mentoring several colleagues within and outside Ramboll. She continues to provide thoughtleadership on issues related to urban development and resilience, and she is a frequent speaker and moderator at conferences and forums in Denmark and abroad.
