Dr. Markus Wiedenmann is Co-Founder and CEO of Art-Invest Real Estate and responsible for transactions, project development and asset management as well as financing, investments, and legal affairs. Furthermore, he represents Art-Invest Real Estate in its investments such as Design Offices (co-working), i Live (serviced apartments), Maincubes (data center) and BitStone Capital (venture capital). Previously, Dr. Wiedenmann spent eight years at Tishman Speyer, most recently as Managing Director. He studied construction engineering at RWTH Aachen University and received his doctorate at the University of Leipzig. As of July 2022, Markus Wiedenmann is the Chairman of ULI Germany/Austria/Switzerland. Privately, he is engaged in his own forestry business with his family.
