Kevin Kong is a Director in Multi-Managers Real Estate at UBS Asset Management in London, where he is primarily focused on European indirect non-fund investments which include programmatic ventures, co-investments, JVs, club deals and fund formations. He previously worked for 8 years at Meyer Bergman (recently rebranded as MARK), a pan-European real estate private equity manager, where he was a Senior Vice President in the investments team responsible for deal origination & execution in direct real estate. He graduated from Oxford University (MEng, 1st Class Honours) and holds the CFA qualification.
