With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Javier has worked to decarbonize and make cities smarter, leveraging his expertise in various roles within a research center, engineering firm, and urban development company. Javier holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in urban planning and a Master’s degree in City Sciences.
