Christian Schouten joined Bouwinvest in 2007 and has been responsible for non-regulated residential investments and divestments on behalf of the Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Residential Fund since January 2018. Christian has an MSc in architecture, building and planning from Eindhoven University of Technology as well as qualifications in feasibility studies and real estate valuation from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate.
Bouwinvest is poised to grow significantly across Europe in the coming years and the creation of sustainable buildings and healthy environments have moved to the top of its investment agenda.
