Andreas Høegh is manager of the development and transformation of Musicon – an old concrete factory compound turning in to a new creative part of town. Musicon is not a typical urban development project. Instead of a masterplan the area is developed in co-creation with citizens, creative business and different kinds og associations. ‘Life before the city’ and ‘user-driven development’ are central terms in the process. Using temporary activities as a way to create life, test buildings, urbans spaces and different kinds of cooporations Musicon is developed to be the physical platform which manifest the Roskilde potential when it comes to experience economy, music and creativity. Andreas has a master degree in performance design and business studies and has been engaged in the development of Musicon for last ten years. Before that he worked as communication consultant within the cultural business area.
